• All winners must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise stated to redeem or qualify for any contest prize
• Winners must show valid legal identification to claim prize
• Prizes are non-transferable, Prizes cannot be substituted or exchanged for another prize
• Employees of Radio Chai, its sister stations, Contest sponsors, associated advertising agencies and their immediate families, employees of other radio stations in the radio Chai market
• All winners consent to allow Radio Chai and its radio stations to use their name, voice for advertising and promotional purposes without any additional compensation
• The decision of the judges and company is final
• Copy of official contest rules is available at the company's offices
